 Cul·mi·nate v. i. [imp. & p. p. Culminated p. pr. & vb. n. Culminating (-nā`tĭng.]
 1. To reach its highest point of altitude; to come to the meridian; to be vertical or directly overhead.
 As when his beams at noon
