 Bar·ri·cade, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Barricaded; p. pr. & vb. n. Barricading.]  To fortify or close with a barricade or with barricades; to stop up, as a passage; to obstruct; as, the workmen barricaded the streets of Paris.
