 1. The quality or state of being uncivil; lack of courtesy; rudeness of manner; impoliteness.
 2. Any act of rudeness or ill breeding.
    Uncomely jests, loud talking and jeering, which, in civil account, are called indecencies and incivilities.   --Jer. Taylor.
