 Or·ach, Or·ache n.  Bot. A genus (Atriplex) of herbs or low shrubs of the Goosefoot family, most of them with a mealy surface.
 Garden orache, a plant (Atriplex hortensis), often used as a pot herb; -- also called mountain spinach.
